Coach House, Old Vicarage Burcombe Wiltshire UK
A lovely place to stay in the beautiful Wiltshire Countryside
The Location

Lying 4 miles west of the cathedral city of Salisbury and a mile from Wilton, ancient capital of Wessex, is the small village of Burcombe, surrounded by the water meadows of the River Nadder.
Salisbury
Salisbury The Coach House and adjacent Victorian Gothic Vicarage stand on higher ground next to the small 12th century church above the River Nadder and also the main part of the village. The upstairs bedrooms of the Coach House enjoy good views over the village and valley beyond.
From the cottage you can walk straight onto a footpath taking you up to Grovely Woods, which is part of the Wilton Estate. This has numerous paths and bridleways (good for walking, mountain biking and horse-riding), while from the village below there is a footpath up onto the Old Ox Drove, which runs along the ridge of the West Wiltshire Downs, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Salisbury The Coach House is within easy travel time to many attractions including the Cathedral City of Salisbury, Longleat, World Heritage City of Bath, Stonehenge, Stourhead, Avebury, Wilton House, the New Forest and the Dorset Heritage Coast.
