The Coach House at the Old Vicarage Access Statement

Introduction
The Coach House lies adjacent to our family home The Old Vicarage, within 3 acres of garden, in the rural village of Burcombe, 4 miles west of Salisbury. It offers self-catering holiday accommodation for up to 7 people, with three bedrooms. The Coach House was built in the 1840s' and was converted into a dwelling reasonably recently. Whilst we aim to meet the needs of all our guests there are some features that may make access difficult for people with limited mobility. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, the other two upstairs on the first floor, along with the bathroom and shower room. There is a downstairs loo and hand basin.

The gate code and specific directions are sent to guests before arrival.
