About us
The Coach House has been awarded a Visit Britain 4 star grading and was converted several years ago to very high specification. It is very light and spacious with a large living room area. The solid oak, Gothic arched windows, oak and stone flooring and log-burning fire add a cosy feeling to this beautiful rural retreat. Furnishings and fittings are to an exceptionally good standard throughout the cottage.

Entrance to The Coach House is from a gravel parking area and paved terrace into a large entrance hallway. Downstairs: a cloakroom/wc. Large sitting room with exposed ceiling beams, window seat and brick fireplace containing a woodburning stove. Fully fitted kitchen with hob, oven dishwasher, microwave, washing maching etc.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a very light dining room. A small rear lobby leads through an archway to a large double bedroom.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms - 1 double with good views over Burcombe and surrounding water meadows. Ensuite shower room/wc. Family room with a double and a single bed. Down three steps to an ensuite bathroom with hand shower attachment to the bath.
Brick paved terrace as well as a garden area above and to the rear of the cottage, accessed via steps.
